1. When the bearing is replaced, the opening of the bearing cage must be outward. After the bearing is installed into the groove idler, the appropriate clearance shall be maintained and the bearing shall not be crushed.

2. The seals shall be made of original accessories, which shall be separately installed into the trough idler during assembly, and shall not be assembled together.

3. For the grooved idler in use, it is necessary to strictly prevent heavy objects from hitting the idler tube.

4. In order to ensure the sealing performance and service performance of the idler, it is forbidden to dismantle the idler at will.
